Hue City Tour will allow visitors to discover the timeless beauty of the ancient city of Hue. Visitors can walk on the grounds of the Hue Citadel including the Forbidden Purple City and understand the ways of the Nguyen Dynasty emperors and royals. Get to know more about the culture, history and its people as you personally interact with Hue locals.
After the tour, you will not only have satisfying insight about Hue and Vietnam history in general but also enjoyed some special Hue dishes, explored all the famous destinations and wonders on the city and most likely come to love the resilient spirit of the locals.
8:00 – 8:30 am: Our tour guide will pick you up with our van at your hotel Hue City and start the full day tour Dragon boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda– The oldest pagoda in Hue city. Get amazed at the beautiful and tranquil this pagoda. This pagoda was built in 1601 and witnessed different events that befell the city yet it is still standing.
Due to its beauty, it became a common subject to many local folk rhymes and is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue.
Explore one of the UNESCO Heritage Sites in Vietnam and Hue’s main tourist attractions, The Imperial Hue City. The huge complex including the Forbidden Purple City was once home to the Nguyen Emperors since 1804. Dong Ba market to see many items selling by local people.
Lunch at restaurant with Hue special dishes such as Hue Beef noodle, pancake, steamed rice cake with shrimp, fried rice and fruit
Visit one of the most aesthetic royal tombs, Khai Dinh Tomb.
This jaw dropping perfect blend of Western and Eastern architecture was constructed between 1920-1931 for the 12th emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty – Emperor Khai Dinh.
Minh Mang Tomb is considered the most majestic of all of the royal tombs in Vietnam’s former imperial capital.
The tomb was constructed for the second Nguyen Dynasty Emperor, Emperor Minh Mang. The mind blowing site is renowned for its architecture, which harmoniously blends into the natural surroundings.
Visit Conical Hat village, incense stick making village.
4:00 – 4:30 pm: Drop off at your respective hotels in Hue City.
